Coza as postas de bacalhau no leite durante 10 minutos. Em seguida, escorra o bacalhau, tire-lhe a pele e espinhas e corte-o em lascas grossas. Noutro tacho, ponha a cozer as batatas descascadas e os ovos, em água temperada com sal.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Corte a cebola e os alhos em rodelas finas. Leve ao lume com o azeite até a cebola estar mole. Junte então as lascas de bacalhau e deixe refogar durante 5 minutos.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Num tacho pequeno derreta a margarina, polvilhe com a farinha, mexa até absorver a gordura e regue com o leite onde cozeu o bacalhau, préviamente coado. Mexa com uma vara de arames e deixe engrossar. Tempere com sal, pimenta e noz moscada.</span><br />

Regue com o molho preparado e leve a gratinar em forno quente.</span><br />
